The Hand and Foot Machine helps decrease nerve pain, improves circulation and aids in the detoxification of the body. It is particularly helpful with issues such as carpal-tunnel, plantar fasciitis, neuropathy and varicose veins. 


The hand and foot machine is often paired with ambient green light therapy.

PEMF stands for Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field. Devices that utilize PEMF technology emit electro-magnetic waves at different frequencies in order to re-establish normal cellular communication by producing an electro-magnetic field that radiates in and around the body. This device recharges the cells and gently brings them to a healthy frequency. 


PEMF and pain - Your whole body, including  skin, bones, and organs, is composed of cells. The membranes of healthy cells have positive and negative magnetic charges. These charges are required to exchange ions carrying chemical elements that your body needs to function, such as calcium and potassium. Over time your cells deteriorate or get injured. It can enable the body to improve its ability for recovery, building a strong immune system, enable continuous cell reactivation and thereby rejuvenation and wellness on multiple levels.

Green Light Therapy

We offer 6 direct Green Light therapy suits in a social setting.  Our Chat room has passive green light therapy throughout. 

NASA research has shown that indirect green light therapy helps reduce anxiety and SAD or seasonal affective disorder. We are so happy to offer unlimited green light therapy to you here at Ahhhsome Relaxation in both the chat room and peace rooms. 


Green light therapy is paired with zero gravity therapy, infrared heat and negative ion therapy, "blue belt" therapy, and Halotherapy.

This bed creates body movement that may help the lymphatic system to drain, the adrenal system to balance and reset, body detoxification, promote a healthy metabolism, address pain, accelerate healing, promote enzyme production, strengthen the immune system, promote rebuilding of tissues, and relieve nervous tension. In Europe and Asia they use this bed in hospitals to aid in the healing of cancer. 


The therapies included are chi movement and full body far infrared heat .
