Written Instructions

Situate yourself comfortably into the seat BEFORE starting your program. 


1) Identify and press the ON/OFF button (1) at the top left of the remote. This is the button that you will need to use if you would like to turn the chair off at any time.


2) Press OK (2) when the “Auto” menu appears


3) Select your desired program by using the control wheel (3) around the “OK” button. Once you have selected your program press the “OK” button and your program will begin. 


  • Sports Refresh – Designed to soothe muscles after sports activities and exercise.


  • Extension – Inspired by Thai massage and includes strong kneading and stretching functions to decompress the entire body.


  • Rest & Sleep – Mild massage that is great before sleeping. It kneads the entire body with varying massage intensity to relieve tired muscles gradually.


  • Work Relief – A strong massage to ease muscles and recuperate the body.


  • Neck and Shoulder – This program spends 80% of its time on the neck and shoulder area. The curved design of the chair backrest allows the massage rollers to completely touch the shoulder and neck to relieve pain and tension.


  • Waist & Spine – To relieve lower back pain, 80% of this massage focuses on the lumbar vertebrae and the rollers will conduct targeted massage to relieve tension in this area.


  • Deep Shiatsu – Deep shiatsu on the back for 10 minutes


  • Healthy Breath – Rhythmic five-minute massage to aid with deep breathing


HEAT - For a heated massage press the MENU button (4), select “Heat”, press “OK”, select “ON”, press “OK”. You will feel a comforting heat shortly.


ZERO GRAVITY - Once you are all set up in your massage and the screen goes back to normal and not on the menu screen. Just simply press the "OK" button (2) and it will lay you down into the zero gravity position.


ALL AIR MASSAGE :

  • After turning the massage chair on and the menu appears, instead of pressing auto, scroll down to where it says "airbag" and hit "OK" (2).
  • Now you are going to press "part" and then the "full" setting and it will start doing an all air massage without the rollers.
  • To adjust the pressure scroll down to "force" and you can choose a number between 1 (being the softest) and 6 (being the hardest). A good pressure is a 2 or a 3.
