Anxiety is a big part of everyone's day to day lives so we wanted to share a few ways you can live a less anxious life!

1. Acknowledge it as soon as you feel it! Don’t let it take over, remember you are in charge of how you feel!
2. Sit with your feeling and allow it to exist in a calm and healthy way. Take your anxiety and hold it in your hand. How does it feel?
3. Figure out why you’re feeling anxious. Where is it coming from and why is it affecting you that way?
4. Create a plan! How can you overcome what is making you anxious? What things can you change?
5. Remember that you are more than your anxiety! You only have to worry about the things you can control. Move forward with a calm spirit and a killer action plan!
