- Exercise! Move your body at least a little every day! Listen to some great music and dance! Go for a walk!
- Eat brain foods! Yes there are awesome foods for your brain! Eggs, broccoli, avocados, berries, ect.
- Get a great nights' sleep! It is so important that your body gets the rest it needs so your brain can focus!
