Mindset, habits, and routines are the building blocks for success toward your wellness goals!

It starts with mindset. Preparing yourself for an important goal is a big deal. We recommend choosing a mantra for your goal. Something like “I am building my body with every bite I eat,” or “I choose my life, it is not chosen for me”. The mind is the driving force behind everything we do!

Your habits matter more than you think. If you do what you’ve always done, you’re going to get what you’ve always gotten. If you’ve made a habit of eating unhealthy, then your body isn’t going to feel healthy. If you’ve made a habit of speaking negatively about yourself, then you’re going to feel negatively about yourself. You have to create healthy habits to have a healthy life.

Your routine is everything. What you do on a daily basis maters. Unfortunately you will never get that same day back again so you have to prepare to live each day the best you can. By creating a routine you are actively living your life. You have to realize that coasting through your days is not enough. You have to take the reins and decide what path you’re going down. Living consciously means you choose your life on a daily basis. You choose what you eat, who you interact with, and how you handle your day to day living.

Let's talk about COVID-19.... With the recent spike in COVID cases we wanted to talk to you about what we are doing to stay COVID free! Here at Ahhhsome, we are concerned with our members health and safety, especially during this pandemic. Ahhhsome has always had very ridged protocols when it comes to the cleanliness of our facility. We wanted to ensure we were prepared to protect our members from COVID. Since the pandemic began we have been searching out COVID killing options for the sanitization of our equipment! What did we find? 1- Hypochlorous acid. We know, it sounds super scientific and a little scary but we promise it's not! What makes hypochlorous acid so amazing? It is bio-compatible with humans! Our white blood cells actually make it! It cleans better and faster than any standard medical grade cleaner . It cleans better and faster than Virex, CaviCide, Lysol or any of those types of cleaners. We can put it in a spray bottle or mister and kill the virus in the air! 2- Ultraviolet - C Light.
